The Process
Utilizing a Continuous Casting Plant (CCP), we bypass traditional cooling methods to create seamless steel billets. This technology ensures a uniform internal structure, free from the defects found in older casting methods.
The Result
A modern Re-Rolling Mill capable of churning out 73,000 metric tons per annum, meeting the demands of large-scale industrial and residential projects.
The Core
Our plant is powered by two state-of-the-art 10-metric ton electric furnaces, ensuring precise temperature control and purity in every melt.
